We appreciate your business and kindly ask that you review our salon policies to help us maintain a smooth and relaxing experience for all guests.

Cancellations

We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at least 3 hours in advance. To cancel, please call us at (912) 748-6626

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. In some cases, we reserve the right to refuse service to avoid delays for other clients.

No-Shows

Appointments that are not canceled and result in a no-show may be subject to a service fee. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Child Safety

For the comfort and safety of all guests, children are only permitted in the salon if they are receiving a service. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your visit.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your nails, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can make adjustments or remove any unwanted enhancements.

No refunds will be issued after you leave the premises.
